A boardwalk and pierIf you love the outdoors, Frankston’s hinterland has a bounty of parks and reserves, tranquil creeks and bird-filled wetlands to explore.

Bubbling creeks and cascading waterfalls lead you through Sweetwater Creek, or follow the paths to discover the hidden treasures that lie within the Langwarrin Flora and Fauna Reserve and Seaford Wetlands.

George Pentland Botanic Gardens, Beauty Park and Ballam Park are family favourites to enjoy a picnic or BBQ. You can also follow the Kananook Creek trail to Seaford, starting from the creek’s mouth at the Frankston Waterfront.

Does a good walk in the outdoors include a game of golf? Be sure to challenge yourself on one of the quality courses on offer.
